Easy returns



We accept returns if an item is either damaged, incorrect or lost on delivery. We do not accept returns for items which do not fit as it is the buyers responsibility to check measurements and sizes before purchasing. Damaged, incorrect or lost Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. ✔ Items must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.


 ✔ All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.


 ✔ All intimates, swimwear, jewelry, belts, hats, hair accessories, backpacks, eyewear, scarves, handbags, keychains, and iPhone cases are final sale.


 ✔ All discounted items are final sale.


 ✔ Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will give you online store credit.


 ✔ You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.


 ✔ We do not accept exchanges.





● Do I get a refund if I don't collect my order?


If you did not pick up your order from postal office within 7-14 days it will be sended back to us. We will do only half cost refund because of delivery price and only after our receipt. We don’t guarantee that we will receive returned item, it will be shown off by tracking number.



● Do I get refund if I didn’t received order because of mistake in address?


Please check your full name, phone number and address before payment, because courier may have problem with delivery. If you did mistake, contact us to contact@muavve.com as soon as possible, before order were shipped. In case that order shipped by wrong name or address, we will do refund the same way as the previous case “didn’t picked up order”

Only after postal office will return it to us and only half cost of the item price.


● Should I pay  shipping cost for return?


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


● I received wrong color/size/item or broken but don’t want to return it?


If we did mistake and sent incorrect or damaged item to you, we’re fully responsible for that. And if you don’t want to return item by some reason, you can contact us (contact@muavve.com) to get credit coupon and make a new order,  it’s very easy!

Once we have received the return, we will process it within 7 days. Your refund will be credit back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable then you will be refunded to an online store credit. Returns over the 30 day limit will get an online store credit. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 days depending on your bank.
